It all started on Main Street, Penticton, back in 1984 — a small fry stand with a big dream. Fast-forward 40 years and Jeffer’s Fryzz has become one of B.C.’s most-loved food trucks.

Our home-cut fries put us on the map, our authentic Québec-style poutine made us a local obsession, and our beer-battered Fish ’n’ Chips turned casual customers into lifelong fans.

Voted Best Fries 25 years in a row, we’re still frying up golden perfection every day—now with a second spot in downtown Kelowna and a thriving catering crew for weddings and events.
